well what can i say except..awesome! i love this trailer. It has the meloncholy feel i hoped the movie would have. Hugh jackman appears to be playing the character alot more viciously too which can only be a good thing! Overall its just made me much more exited for a movie i was already damn exited for.
The fanboys are already whinging about some of the other mutants that feature in this. i dont understand it to be honest. So what if its a stretch to have Wolverine meet Gambit? These movies are BASED on the comics, they dont even follow any one particular story arc. As fans i thought you would want more characters you love onscreen.
Theres also some moaning about Sabertooth not being hairy enough...yes folks fanboys can be that pedantic! i think he looks cool enough. maybe not quite how i would have portrayed him but Liev Schreiber is a hell of an actor and im glad they decided to go with an ACTOR this time around!
Gambit and Deadpool are hard to judge, they both look cool enough (and i believe we will see Deadpool with the scars and the mask) but it would be nice to hear some dialogue from them. Danny Huston who plays a younger Stryker is a class actor (check out the proposition) so thats in safe hands.
The only bad thing i can say about it is that its not quite as good as the first trailer that was shown at ComicCon..but im sure that will surface sometime down the line.
Anyway, its only a trailer. Who knows how the finished movie will turn out.But im certainly going to be first in line to find out.
