While speaking to
TEEN VOGUE, Academy award nominated actress touched briefly on her latest film
X-Men: First Class, in which she plays the shape shifting mutant Mystique.
On Taking The Role Of Mystique In The Blockbuster X-Men: First Class:
"It's easy to get pigeonholed, so I think it's important that when one thing gets really big—it's a wise decision to do the opposite."
On Her Experience Of Filming First Class:
"I had a blast. I was living in London for five months, and the whole cast . . . we all legitimately love each other. We got addicted to hanging out."
X-Men: First Class hits theaters June 3rd.
"Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were closest of friends, working together, with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. In the process, a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X's X-MEN."
