Beloved FAST & FURIOUS Star Paul Walker Dies, Aged 40
Sadly, it is now being reported that fan-favorite Fast & Furious star Paul Walker died tragically today at a car show supporting the Philippines typhoon relief effort.
TMZ are citing "multiple sources" in a report which claims that Fast & Furious star Paul Walker died today in Santa Clarita, North Los Angeles during a car stunt of some sort gone wrong. It's unclear whether or not the 40 year old actor was the driver or passenger in the vehicle, but his Porche GT apparently spun out of control during a test spin, hitting a tree or post and subsequently bursting into flames. Walker was in that part of the city for a car show which had been set up to aid the Philippines typhoon relief effort. His reps have now confirmed that he has died.
The actor found great success in the Fast & Furious franchise as lead character 'Brian O'Conner' and was being lined up to play 'Agent 47' in the planned Hitman reboot. Walker was also linked to various comic book movie roles here on CBM in various fan casts as well as on countless other sites. The latest Fast & Furious movie made close to $800 million, and it's obviously unknown at this time whether or not the star finished work on the seventh instalment before this tragic accident. Hopefully it's a fitting tribute to him, and our thoughts go out to his friends and family at this time.
