12 more character posters and banners for Paul W.S. Anderson's The Three Musketeers have just been released online!

The newly released images are a mix of foreign and domestic posters. The movie is set to be released on October 12 later this year and stars Orlando Bloom, Logan Lerman, Milla Jovovich, Luke Evans, and Ray Stevenson.

The hot-headed young D’Artagnan along with three former legendary but now down on their luck Musketeers must unite and defeat a beautiful double agent and her villainous employer from seizing the French throne and engulfing Europe in war.

Just saw the trailer last night and I now have less interest in seeing this movie. How come Milla Jovovich slides in every movie she's in?

Three Musketeers meets Indiana Jones. Epic fail. Would have loved a new Musketeers movie but it needs to be grounded in some sort of reality. The Indiana Jones movies btw, are, in my opinion, greatly overrated. In fact I've always blamed that first IJ movie for ushering the era of ridiculous action stunts. This movie smacks of Van Helsing and that's not a good thing.

Forgot to add.... do yourselves a favour and watch the Gene Kelley Musketeers movie if you have not already seen it. A couple of cheesy parts but overall an awesome romp and Vincent Price as Richileu rocks.
