Following that amazing Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) first look trailer, Sony Pictures have shared four new hi-res promotional stills from the upcoming animated feature, offering stunning shots of Miles Morales (Shameik Moore), Gwen Stacy (Hailee Steinfeld), and Miguel O'Hara, a.k.a. Spider-Man 2099 (Oscar Isaac)!

Along with the new stills comes a fresh Entertainment Weekly Q&A with producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who teased big things ahead for Miles and the Spider-Verse. "Miles' story is an epic. We wrote what we thought the story needed to be, and to our surprise, we realized it was two movies instead of one. We're working on them both as we speak. Part Two will be out sometime in 2023. We will sleep again in 2024."

According to their press release, only Oscar Isaac, Shameik Moore, and Hailee Steinfeld are confirmed members of the voice cast, but it's been separately reported that Jake Johnson is expected to reprise his role as Peter B. Parker while Issa Rae is set to debut as Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman. As for who else will join them, that remains uncertain, but Lord and Miller tease, "Miles will reunite with some old friends and meet…. a lot of new ones."

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) swings exclusively into theaters on October 7, 2022.

Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, an epic adventure that will transport Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man across the Multiverse to join forces with Gwen Stacy and a new team of Spider-People to face off with a villain more powerful than anything they have ever encountered. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Part One) debuts in theaters October 7, 2022.

All the Spider-Men(Tobey, Andrew, and Tom) are definitely going to show up in this one. I wonder what pulls Miles in. I’m not the biggest fan of the art style but I’m intrigued by this. Miles and Peter been going crazy for a long time and that train doesn’t seem to be stopping at all

It's cool how they aged them. Wasn't expecting that from an animated series.

Boss move getting Sony to agree to a two-parter. I mean, what if it's shit? Too late, already committed. lol.

Will it be shit, though? As long as it doesn't fall into the YA-two-part-finale trap (Harry Potter, Twilight, Hunger Games, etc.) then I think we'll be fine.
