STAR TREK Legend William Shatner Will Voice Two-Face In The RETURN OF THE CAPED CRUSADERS Sequel
Despite never actually appearing in the original '60s TV series, Two-Face will play a role in the planned sequel to Batman: Return of The Caped Crusaders, and he'll be voiced by none other than William Shatner...
DC's latest animated feature, Batman: Return of The Caped Crusaders, had its premiere this evening at New York Comic-Con, and during the introductory panel it was announced that a sequel is in the works for a 2017 release.
This time the villain is going to be Harvey Dent/Two-Face, and he'll be brought to life via the unmistakable voice talent of William Shatner.
Two-Face was never utilized along with the likes of The Joker, Catwoman and The Penguin in the 1966 TV series, though Harlan Ellison did write a never-produced script that would have featured the villain, that was eventually published in the Batman '66: The Lost Episode #1 comic book. Could that story inform the plot of this movie, perhaps?
Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders will be released on Digital HD on October 11th, before hitting Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD on November 1st.
