FUNimation has released DragonBall Z Kai part 4 on DVD and Blu-ray today which is completely uncut and uncensored. The run time is 325 minutes and contains episodes 40-52 and is in HD.

DragonBall (Z) Kai is a refreshed version of DBZ, which removes most filler, enhances animation (presented in HD format), new voice overs and a brand new Japanese score.
