The Tiger Mask persona is instantly recognizable by its trademark mask, designed to look like a tiger's head, as well as the combination of high flying attacks and martial arts in the ring.
The Tiger Mask story is of an orphan who becomes a feared and respected professional wrestler in order to earn money that supports the orphanage where he grew up in and has become a modern Japanese cultural icon. The live action feature film starts filming in May this year for a November release, no news on who's starring as yet.
