ANT-MAN: Yellowjacket Is A Cross Between Iron Man, Ultron, And Bumblebee In These Alternate Costume Designs

Some rarely seen concept art from Ant-Man has found its way online and it offers up a look at some very interesting alternate designs for Yellowjacket and it seems he was once inspired by...a Transformer?

Ant-Man and The Wasp is just weeks away from hitting theaters and while it's clear that the movie will be much smaller in scale than Avengers: Infinity War (pun not intended), there's still an understandably large amount of excitement surrounding the sequel (that one was intended). Now, we're going back to where it all began in 2015 by checking out some cool concept art from Peyton Reed's Ant-Man

We've already taken a look at alternate suit designs for Scott Lang/Hank Pym's Ant-Man suit but it's now time to shift the spotlight to Yellowjacket, the movie's lead villain played by Corey Stoll.

While critics weren't blown away by Darren Cross, he looked cool when suited up and proved to be a formidable threat to Scott during his first adventure as the Ant-Man. However, it turns out that he could have looked a whole lot different, so we think you'll want to take a look at these alternate designs which are bound to remind you of everyone from Bumblebee to Marvel villain, Ultron.

These are all great. The final design was great.
The character itself was not.

I think almost every design here is cool, I think they picked the best one for Yellowjacket though. I don’t see a majority of these working as Yellowjacket, especially the ones with barely any yellow

Some really cool designs, but I prefer the final version we got.

I really prefer this one, would have liked to have seen the Heist Squad go against this version.
