Jeremy Renner Just Dropped A SPOILER About Hawkeye's Fate In AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

Avengers: Infinity War is inevitably going to feature at least a couple of casualties but we now know that Hawkeye won't be among them! In a recent interview with Collider, Jeremy Renner confirmed that he'll be returning as the archer for the currently untitled Avengers 4. He also revealed that shooting begins in around 10 days but this chat is at least a week old so it could have already begun by now!

While it's possible heroes like Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor will die in Avengers: Infinity War (especially with the contracts of Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., and Chris Hemsworth nearing their end), those who don't have their own solo franchises are far more likely to meet their makers here.

That's why Hawkeye seemed like such a likely choice but with Renner heading back to set, Clint Barton clearly isn't going anywhere for the time being. That's not a bad thing, of course, and it's going to be interesting seeing what sort of role the hero plays in the battle against Thanos when arrows are unlikely to have any sort of impact on the Infinity Gauntlet wielding Mad Titan. Are you glad Clint is sticking around? As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.

@noahthegrand - so your saying his whole family are SKRULLS or half alien too??

Nah.. I can see Sharon Carter tho.. Even the falcon

@BruceBanner100 - Sharon just randomly pops in to provide exposition and push the plot along in civil war. The funeral, when she told cap where Bucky was, when she gave cap and falcon their gear back....

It's like she literally existed to move the plot towards the avengers being pulled apart.

WAIT! What if... she's WORKING WITH ZEMO????!!!!!?!!! SHE WAS A DOUBLE AGENT THE WHOLE TIME!

But... that makes no sense from what we know about the character... She wasn't trying to help hydra destroy the avengers. She was very against that advanced and powerful group from gaining control over the entire planet, thus making earth a much more facist, yet at the same time, much more safe and secure place.

... You know, actually, if she was working against earths interests, she would be doing a great job. We have no SHIELD to protect us, our heroes are divided and ineffectual, Project Insight, the weopons that could have saved us... are destroyed.

OH NO!

Sharon Carter IS A SKRULL!!!

We all suspected that a Skrull had infiltrated the Avengers, but no one suspected her! This is it! It all makes sense!

They can't kill him after doing a fake out death in AOU. He's practically off the table now since that movie teased his death so often.

@FunkyDormammu - That's what fans thought about Glenn on The Walking Dead. Fake-out deaths sometimes precede actual character deaths. But I'm pretty sure Evans, Downey, and Hemsworth's contracts all run through Avengers 4, right?

It's a Disney movie and he's the only character with three kids and a wife back home. Of course they're not gonna kill him.

@connorblaze - Have you ever seen a Disney movie? They love killing parents off. Remember Lion King? Cinderella? There's even a theory about the fate of Andy's dad in Toy Story.

@connorblaze - Disney movies with messed up deaths:

Hunchback of Notre Dame: Mother killed by guards trying to take her deformed son from her.

Tarzan: Parents mauled by tiger.

Frozen: Parents die in shipwreck.

The Princess and the Frog: Father died in battle fighting a war.

The Fox and the Hound: Mother shot by hunters.

Up: Wife dies of old age.

Lilo and Stitch: Parents died in a car crash.

Finding Nemo: Mother eaten by barracuda.

The Jungle Book: Parents mauled by tigers.

Bambi: Mother shot by a hunter.

The Lion King: Father trampled by wildebeast.

Yep. Disney doesn't kill anyone in any tragic ways.

Im pretty sure they're going to say EVERYONE is returning (especially on casting call sheets) so no fans can figure out or spoil who dies
