With members of the Guardians of the Galaxy cast arriving in Atlanta to start shooting Avengers: Infinity War, Vin Diesel likely won't be required to contribute until he needs to provide Groot's voice.

Chances are then that he doesn't know too much about what the sentient tree will be getting up to, but in the video below, the actor weighs in on the possibility of Groot taking on The Hulk and goes so far as to lay out how the whole thing could end up playing out in this highly anticipated release.

Diesel also claims that there have been talks of some sort of solo outing for Groot, though it doesn't sound like anything concrete is in place. Still, with talks of Rocket getting a movie recently, it wouldn't be too strange to imagine those two getting their own adventure somewhere further down the line.
