We've seen quite a few photos from the Glasgow set of the currently shooting Batgirl movie at this stage, and while some have featured Leslie Grace in-costume, these latest snaps give us arguably our best look yet at Officer Barbara Gordon fully suited-up as Gotham's other Caped Crusader.

The official image that was released last week was met with something of a mixed response, with many feeling the outfit was more reminiscent of something we might see on one of The CW's DC TV shows than a big-budget feature. Fans seem to have warmed to the costume since, and these snaps provide a more detailed glimpse of the suit from a few different angles.

Check out the photos at the link below, and let us know what you think.

Batgirl will also star J.K. Simmons as Jim Gordon, Brendan Fraser as Firefly, and Jacob Scipio in an undisclosed role (recent set photos indicated that he might be Tony Bressi - though he does appear to be a friend of Batgirl's). It's also been confirmed that Michael Keaton's Batman will appear.

Loki composer Natalie Holt recently announced that she's signed on to work on the movie's score, while Christina Hodson, who wrote Bumblebee and also worked on Birds of Prey and The Flash, penned the most recent draft of the script.

The HBO Max movie is being directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. No release date has been announced.
