Premise: Darth Vader has captured one of the most powerful men alive, Superman, to force a power trader with Darkseid of Apokolips.  After interrogating supsects in Mos Eisley, Batman discovered that the space mercenary, Boba Fett, used a krptonite-powered ligth saber to aid Darth Vader in the capture of Superman.  With the rest of the Justice League occupied, it's up to Batman to save Superman and prevent the forging of an intergalactic alliance that could enslave the universe.

Uhm... Comparing science-skills.. Didnt Vader, like, build a fully functional A.I.-droid and a fast anti gravity pod racer as a kid? I think Vaders science is a couple of centuries more advanced than Bruce. Bruce did build a kick ass knee-strap thou..

How are these shorts better directed than like 90% of action movies out there? That saber fight was better than just about anything in the prequels.

I think it all depends on the interpretation of the word 'win'. He couldn't beat Vader in a straight up fight (any decent version of Batman would come to that conclusion). He is, however, smart enough to know that Superman is up to the task. So, yes, he didn't win a FIGHT, but he DEFEATEED Vader.

Anyway, this is how it would have ended TBH.

Yeah, Vader would kill Batman in a straight-up fight (which these match-ups are BTW).

But Batman would know that and plan accordingly.
