My friend The Kryptic over at the website manofsteelmovie has gotten his hands on a possible filming location for Chris Nolan's highly anticipated Threequel The Dark Knight Rises.

The article states that a trusted source by the name of Lan H(who has given them credible scoops before) has given them word that Chris Nolan's next Batman adventure is set to film in Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire. Filming for TDKR “is going to be one of the biggest sets ever built at the studios in Pinewood since it’s been open.” says Lan H

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters July 20th, 2012 and will directed by Chris Nolan. The Movie stars Christian Bale(Bruce Wayne/Batman), Anne Hathaway(Selina Kyle/Catwoman) and Tom Hardy(Bane).

Would have thought they'd use Leavesden Film Studios, considering WB just purchased it as a permanent UK base. Plus, a lot of room there now, considering Hogwarts is gone. (But being rebuilt as a attraction, which I hope they do to the bat cave ;) )

Plus, Nolan's last two films have been filmed there
