MAN OF STEEL Costume Designer Talks Returning For Work On BATMAN VS SUPERMAN

While discussing his work on American Hustle, Man of Steel costume designer Michael Wilkinson talked with CineMovie TV about returning for the sequel, Batman Vs Superman. Apparently tasked with designing a new Batsuit for Ben Affleck and a look for Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, Wilkinson reveals that he's also “tweaking” Henry Cavill's Superman suit which he designed for the original Zack Snyder-directed film. “We are now in the stage where we’re refining our designs with the last series of camera tests and doing our final tweaks in preparation for shooting,” he says. Michael Wilkinson adds that he pinches himself everyday coming to work on Batman Vs Superman because he feels “honored and tremendously excited to be involved with a project whose iconic characters will be seen for the next generation of filmmakers.” What do you think?

Starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, and Laurence Fishburne, Batman Vs. Superman is scheduled to shoot in Detroit in February. Directed by Zack Snyder from a story by David S. Goyer and screenplay by Chris Terrio, the sequel is set for release July 17, 2015!
