Yet Another Genius BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Easter Egg Has Been Spotted
Six months on from the release of Batman v Superman, and fans continue spotting clever details hidden in the movie by Zack Snyder. This one explains a key part of the battle between the two titular heroes...
We all know that Zack Snyder is a big fan of Easter Eggs in his movie, but it seems like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is going to be the gift which keeps on giving. Following the emergence of that very clever Joe Shuster reference, on set photographer Clay Enos has confirmed yet another clever little detail you more than likely missed which explains why Superman would catch a projectile full of deadly Kryptonite gas without realising that there was more to the weapon that meets the eye.
While an argument could be made that Superman wasn't aware of Kryptonite or what it was capable of doing to him, it turns out that Batman took an extra precaution by lining the canister with lead. The "Pb" markings (which is the abbreviation for lead on the Periodic Table Of Elements) on them have been spotted by fans and pointed out to Enos who said that it was a deliberate decision by Snyder.
Will more Easter Eggs be discovered? Time will tell, but expect Justice League to be full of them!
