Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has always been a bit of a showman. From his days in the WWE to his recent box office success, it's hard not to see The Rock in there somewhere. To reach more of his fans, Johnson has started doing mini Q&A sessions on his YouTube page. Mainly the videos consist of him chatting about what his life would be like had he not found success, making some jokes, or talking about his work out regime.

However, in his latest video he answered the question, "So what made you want to consider the role of Black Adam?" Johnson had this to say:

"Look I love the role of Black Adam. That he starts off as a slave. That he feels like he was wronged. I just love that back story. And I just think, for me, Black Adam has been the most intriguing super hero"

Not really anything new, though it is nice to hear something about a character that has been cast, but that we haven't gotten too much information about.

As of right now, Shazam is aiming for a release date in 2019. However, with The Rock kicking back drinks with Henry Cavill over the holidays, many have speculated that we may see Black Adam sooner than that.
