We found out late last year that Ever Anderson, who is the daughter of actress Milla Jovovich and director Paul Anderson, will play a younger version of Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) in the upcoming Black Widow movie, and it sounds like her scenes may turn out to be quite emotional.
While speaking to ET, Jovovich said she was nervous, but excited about her daughter's acting debut, while giving us some indication of what to expect from her role as "Baby Widow."
“She's such a fan of the Marvel movies and you know, Ever is just such an incredible talent," the Monster Hunter actress told the site. "She's just a real natural and it was so wonderful to watch her on set. She had everybody crying during one of her scenes! She's amazing...I think people are going to be really, really impressed when they see the movie next year.”
Of course, Anderson will be playing a younger take on Romanoff for what we assume will be early flashback scenes, so there's a good chance we'll find out how she ended up being recruited for the Red Room and witness some of the brutal training she endures in order to become an elite assassin.
Anderson will follow Black Widow by taking on one of the title roles as Wendy in Disney and director David Lowery's live-action Peter Pan and Wendy.
