Today saw the release of Bryan Hitch's Justice League: Rebirth #1, and with Geoff Johns focusing on DC Entertainment's live-action endeavours moving forward, he'll be writing the title from here (though not providing the artwork, something which is perhaps for the best when you consider the huge delays Justice League of America faced). However, with a new writer comes a new(ish) status quo.
Three additions were made to the team in the form of the pre-52 (and likely REAL) Superman who replaces the now dead New 52 version, and Green Lanterns stars Baz and Jessica Cruz who take the place of original Green Lantern Hal Jordan. He hasn't been part of the team for a while anyway, but based on the panels below, the Man of Steel's presence will shake things up in a major way.
