Keanu Reeves was on hand at Comic-Con in San Diego to introduce a 18-minute clip from Constantine, the upcoming film he's making based on DC Vertigo's Hellblazer series.

One attendee described a particularly creepy scene in which "Constantine is performing an exorcism on a little girl and the demon inside of her literally tries to rip
out of her body through the neck." Also, theres a "scene were Constantine is a little boy and he sees an old woman on a bus whose face starts to decay in front of his eyes. He closes his eyes tight... opens them and she's gone. SUDDENLY, from behind him comes an even scarier
shrieking dead dude."

Also, the Spear of Destiny used to pierce the side of Christ at the Crucifixion is in the plot.

And, "the character of Constantine isn't British or have bleached hair, [but] the film does capture the character of Constantine, which he viewed as the most important aspect," according to the scooper writing to Ain't It Cool News.

There was also a promotional poster for the film which is due out next February.
