Ever since catapulting into the spotlight in her role as special agent Sydney Bristow on TV's "Alias," Jennifer Garner has made quite a name for herself in Hollywood, with several movie roles, her continued TV character, and even a cameo voiceover appearance on "The Simpsons."
But it appears her new film, "13 Going On 30," is the movie that will seal Garner's silver screen stardom.
Before it hits theaters, Access Hollywood caught up with this big time beauty and found out some things you may not know about the budding superstar – including her passion for cooking and how she teamed up with Martha Stewart for a Thanksgiving feast.
In fact, as Access' Pat O'Brien found out, Jennifer is such a big fan of the home and garden guru, she even named her dog Martha Stewart.
"You're a huge Martha Stewart fan, I know," Pat said.
"Martha can sit and stay for extended periods of time. She can heal on and off the leash. She knows tricks, so I feel really good about Martha Stewart. She's getting a bath tomorrow," Garner jokingly said, obviously referring to her canine companion.
All kidding aside, Jennifer is a huge fan of Maven Martha. So much so, that Stewart invited Garner to prepare a Thanksgiving feast on her show last November.
So what does Jennifer think about Martha's situation? Apparently, the "other" Martha has Jennifer's full support.
"It's a shame that her life has been so hard for the past couple of years, I just feel like, if they're going to make an example of her, then every man on Wall Street better be held accountable for what they do," Garner explained.
But for Jennifer, there are more important things to worry about. Besides "13 Going On 30," movie superstardom awaits Garner with the upcoming "Elektra," a spin-off of her "Daredevil" character, expected out in 2005.
A coy Jennifer hinted that there were some surprises in store for the "Elektra" movie.
"There will be a twist to the story that I think you wouldn't expect," Jennifer revealed to Pat.
Perhaps, maybe some cameo appearances from "Daredevil" co-stars Ben Affleck or Colin Farrell?
"I wish!" she replied.
"13 Going On 30" opens in theaters April 23.
