Yesterday a tweet from
David Slade snowballed into a full blown rumor that actor Josh Hartnett could be up for a role in the
Daredevil reboot that Slade is directing. Of course that lead to people speculating that the actor could be the next Matt Murdock/Daredevil.
The logic behind it was that Slade directed a wonderful vampire flick,
30 Days Of Night, and the star of the film was Hartnett. On the surface it seems like it makes sense, but Hartnett is still the same guy that turned down Superman because he didn't want to be locked into a three picture deal. But then again he could of had a change of heart since the shine on his fame has faded quite a bit, and he is currently best known for dating Amanda Seyfried.
Slade has just tweeted a message that debunks the Hartnett rumor and he also took aim at a rumor that the film would be in 3D.
