Zazie Beetz proved to be one of the many highlights of 2018's demented Deadpool sequel, and fans have been eager to see more of her take on Domino since.
20th Century Fox clearly intended to continue the exceedingly lucky mutant's story in the now defunct X-Force and beyond, but those plans screeched to a halt when the studio's assets were acquired by Disney. Ryan Reynolds is set to return as the Merc With a Mouth for a third Deadpool movie under the Marvel Studios banner, but we still don't know what the future holds in story for Domino.
Beetz has expressed a desire to reprise the role in the past, and now sounds even more determined to suit-up as the character again.
"I would love to revisit Domino," she tells ComicBook.com. "I would love to do a Deadpool 3, 4, 5, 7, 19. I've also wanted to be like, 'Maybe I could just do my own origin story.' I feel honored to have been able to depict her on screen and to have played with her, as her. I love her and so I would be more than happy to revisit her on camera. And I think I will. If Disney doesn't make it happen, I'll make it happen."
Of course, Marvel Studios may have reached out to Beetz already and she's simply trying to keep it under wraps - but even if she hasn't heard anything yet, it doesn't sound like she has any intention of leaving this role behind!
