Just something that I found amusing and thought it would be fun to share with the rest of the Comic Book Movie community.
In anticipation of X-Men First Class coming out on Friday and Thor coming out on Tuesday I have been on a Marvel movie binge. This particular day I have been watching Iron Man and now Iron Man 2 which will be followed chronologically by The Incredible Hulk.
At the beginning of Iron Man 2 when Tony is talking at the Stark Expo he is quoted as saying, “I haven't come across anyone man enough to go toe to toe with me on my best day!”
When I heard this line I just thought about Thor and Iron Man’s confrontation in the comic book Thor Volume 3 Issue 3 and how Thor completely laid waste to Iron Man. My thoughts then progressed to the talk about the rumored
confrontations between the members of the Avengers in the upcoming movie. Though I doubt they will dedicate much time to this confrontation or even if they actually do physically fight, I couldn’t help but think about epic it would be to see it on screen.
Anyone else looking forward to this as much as I am?
