With the awesome tagline "JOIN THE SOCIETY" the poster is very relatable to some of the leaked pictures we have been seeing recently, which are implying that Bane has taken over Gotham city. The poster however is more centered around the character of Black Mask.
The detail of the skull morphing into the Batman logo, is amazing. And the text "The Dark Knight Rises" is exactly like the one used in the teaser.
The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters 20th July 2012.
