Composer: A film score (also sometimes called background music or incidental music) is original music written specifically to accompany a film. The score forms part of the film's soundtrack, which also usually includes dialogue and sound effects, and comprises a number of orchestral, instrumental or choral pieces called cues which are timed to begin and end at specific points during the film in order to enhance the dramatic narrative and the emotional impact of the scene in question. Scores are written by one or more composers, under the guidance of the film's director and/or producer, and are then usually performed by an ensemble of musicians – most often comprising an orchestra or band, instrumental soloists, and choir or vocalists – and recorded by a sound engineer.
James Horner (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Kahn, The Stone Boy, Star Trek III: The Search for Spock): He gave intensity and power to the score Star Trek films while also giving them heart and emotional residence. His Score for a Superman film would have been compact with emotion, action and memorable nature. It really would have been a dynamic and memorable score with his take on Superman's Theme.

Director: Directors are responsible for overseeing creative aspects of a film under the overall control of the film producer. They often develop the vision for a film and carry out the vision, deciding how the film should look, in other words they make their vision come to life. They are responsible for turning the script into a sequence of shots. They also direct what tone it should have and what an audience should gain from the cinematic experience. Film directors are responsible for deciding camera angles, lens effects and lighting with the help of the cinematographer and set design with the production designer. They will often take part in hiring the cast and key crew members. They coordinate the actors' moves, or blocking and also may be involved in the writing, financing and editing of a film.
Joe Johnston (Notable Works: Honey I Shrunk the Kids, The Rocketeer, Jumanji): He can take the script and fill it with life on screen. He's great at directing action, emotion, and comedy. He could take all the working of Kevin Smith's script and turn it into a fantastic achievement in comic book film history, and give us a classic Superman Film.
Screenwriter: Screenwriters are responsible for researching the story, developing the narrative, writing the screenplay, and delivering it, in the required format, to Development Executives. Screenwriters therefore have great influence over the creative direction and emotional impact of the screenplay and, arguably, of the finished film. They either pitch original ideas to Producers in the hope that they will be optioned or sold, or screenwriters are commissioned by a producer to create a screenplay from a concept, true story, existing screen work or literary work, such as a novel, poem, play, comic book or short story.
Kevin Smith (Notable Works: Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy): He had wrote an amazing script that is in many ways could have been the Avengers of it's day. Bringing to light the real comic book characters in live action form, every line of dialogue, every character's action is one that the characters really would have made in the comics. He wrote a perfect Superman script that was modern, intense, light yet serious in tone, and overall wonderfull for what Superman is. This is one I would truly love to see redone and adapted as a future sequel or animated feature. His script was perfect for Superman.
Superman/Clark Kent (Height: 6'3", Age: 30's): The Last Surviving Kryptonian living on Earth as It's residential Protector. By day he enlightens the public of the darkness in the city's organized crime racket as Daily Planet Reporter Clark Kent, but in the face of greater evil he is Superman - The Man of Steel dedicated to stopping crime and saving the people of his adopted planet Earth.
Billy Campbell (Height: 6'4", Age: 39 {As of 1998} Notable Works: The Rocketeer, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Last Chance Love): Honestly Bill Campbell is a very notable and talented actor. He is very obviously known for The Rocketeer. In that he gave a dynamite performance i really could see a Superman in. He's got the upright position and the Square Jawed handsome good-looks as well as the talent to play a morally upright and respectful version.
Lois Lane (Height: 5'7", Age: 30's): beautiful yet poised. Secret love to Superman and Daily Planet Reporter who's name is synonymous with Superman after having built a career covering all manner of Superman stories in the Daily Planet.
Mariska Harigtay (Height: 5' 8", Age: 34 {As of 1998} Notable Works: ER {T.V. Series Season 1997-1999}, Night Sins, Prince Street {T.V. Series Seasons 1997-1999}): A lovely actress who i wanted to cast as Lois Lane the minute i read the script, not only would she give an amazing performance opposite Billy as Superman, but she would bring to light a new version of Lois Lane that really gives her character some "Umph" without seeming like a Total {Female Dog}. Mariska as Lois is probably one of my favorite casting choices.
Perry White (Height: 5' 10", Age: 60's): the Planet's venerable old editor, who, along Lane and Kent, see Luthor for the two-timing villain he is, while also being hesitant to Print stories about him without solid proof after many lawsuits from the Bald Villain.
Ronny Cox (Height: 6' 2", Age: 60 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Robocop, Total Recall, Murder at 1600): An acting legend, he fits my pattern of commonly casting actors from Paul Verhoeven's Robocop, the true reason I cast him is, while i know he could do the role amazingly, I've never seen him do this type of role without being a villain, so it's truly giving him an excercise to play a boss-figure who isn't the badguy.
Jimmy Olsen (Height: 5' 7", Age: 20's): The young Daily Planet Photographer often assisting Lois Lane in her adventures chronicling Superman and his heroic acts.
Johnny Galecki (Height: 5' 5", Age: 23 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Christmas Vacation, Roseanne {T.V. Series Seasons 1992-1997}, Suicide Kings): At the time John was a great young actor who had a comedic and dramatic stance. He really does fit the role of Jimmy in all mannerisms.
Eradicator (Height: Various, Age: Unknown {Insignificant Data}): A technology created by Jor-El to make sure Kal-El made it to Earth alive and watch over him as a guardian, the power cells in it can adapt to any condition allowing itself to stay constantly charged, considered a valuable asset and the object of Brainiac's desire.
Brent Spiner (Height: 5' 11", Age: 49 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek First Contact, Independence Day): Brent is a geek idol having played Lt. Commander Data in the massively popular Star Trek Franchise. He was originally cast as Brainiac in 80's Superman, but I abandon that in favor of someone more aggressive and cold, he was then to appear in my 80's Avenger's cast as Vision, but Ultron wasn't apart of the Main story, and would have made it a confusing itemt to have him as Vision without Ultron. I cast him as the Eradicator because he probably has the perfect voice for it, calm and robotic without cold and intimidating. He's got a track record while also be right due to the nature of the character being massively different from the character he played in Star Trek, opening him up to gain range

Lex Luthor (Height: 6'2", Age: 40's): Lex Luthor -- commanding, corporate, suave, bald... And ominous. He is the billionare philanthropist who's built Luthor/LexCorp from the ground up, setting in motion schemes to murder or eliminate the Man of Tomorrow in order to corperatley buy and own Metropolis creating a Luthor-Dictatorship, even going as far as sending a message into space to learn more about the Kryptonian, inadvertanly bringing Brainiac to Earth.
Armand Assante (Height: 5' 10", Age: 49 {As of 1998} Notable Works: The Mambo Kings, Judge Dredd, Gotti {T.V. Movie}): His performances, whether the rest of the movie is terrible or amazing, is by far the most memorable, intense, and fun. There is no doubt in my mind that he would have been perfect for the Lex Luthor Kevin had wrote. Armand is a fantastic actor who had a very strong career in the 80's and 90's and would have been some star power to the film, while not bringing the class down but bringing it up.
Misty Graves (Height: 6', Age: 30's) MISTY, Luthor's gorgeous but lethal bodyguard.
Milla Jovovich (Height: 5' 8½", Age: 23{As of 1998} Notable Works: Kuffs, Chaplin The Fifth Element): A hot item in the 90's with some butt-kicking attitude in her performance she would be a surprise to the audience as an actress that, while overqualified, is still a great fit for the role of Luthor's Bodyguard.
Brainiac (Height: 6' 6", Age: Unknown {Insignificent data}): humanoid in appearance, green-skinned, black-eyed, red-lipped. Metallic, and bald. A series of metal relays criss-cross his forehead -- three solid circles, intersected by straight lines. The Pride of Colu, Brainiac is a living organic Machine attempting to find the Eradicator, a machine built by Jor-El that can adapt itself to various conditions and keep Brainiac charged for an eternity while also evolving him into the Ultimate intellectual Being.
Sean Bean (Height: 5' 10", Age: 39 {As of 1998} Notable Works: The Field, Patriot Games, Goldeneye): He's got an amazing Track record of playing memorable villains, and dying... Bean is a classic actor who's ability to delve into the deep nature of each character makes for an attractive villain that people make sure to enjoy as a Super Villain. Casting him as Brainiac is pandering to a desire to cast the perfect choice, he has a stark intelligence and a cold voice that can chill a person to the bone, with his dedication to a role it would be amazing to see him as Brainiac.
L-Ron (Height: 3'2", Age: Unkown {Insignificent data}): A small ROBOT, serving as Brainiac's willing slave, and mechanical assistant.
Fisher Stevens (Height: 5' 7", Age: 35 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Short Circuit, Super Mario Bros., Hackers) A hilarious comedian and the first person i had thought about for the voice of L-Ron. He is a favorite of mine especially after seeing him in Short Circuit for the first time. The guy has pomp and style in his voice that would make for a great performance and a memorable appearance as L-Ron's voice.
Jor-El (Height: 6'2", Age: 40's): Superman's Father, and inventor of the Eradicator, who created the machine as a precaution to make Sure Kal-El's Ship safely landed on Earth.
Jonathan Frakes (Height: 6’4”, Age: 46 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek Generations, Star Trek First Contact): Frakes is an amazing actor best known for the role of Commander Ryker from The Star Trek franchise. I wanted him as Jor-El because of his sense and display of nobility in the greater scheme of the Film, he is definitely a person I can definitely see as Jor-El.
Lara Lor-Van-El (Age: 40’s, Height: 5’9”) – Lara Lor-Van was the wife of Kryptonian scientist Jor-El, the man who prophesied the destruction of Krypton. They had only enough time to together to create one Rocket large enough for their son Kal-El, who they sent to earth.
Marina Sirtis (Height: 5'5", Age: 43 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek Generations, Star Trek First Contact): We all loved her as Dianna Troi {Spelling?} All the reasons for why I have her as Lara is largely because of her fantastic Work with Jonathan Frakes. She has played a mother before so she could really bring home the emotional residence Lara has whe Kal-El is sent off.
Bruce Wayne a.k.a. Batman (Height: 6' 2", Age: 30's): The Dark Knight Detective, showing up to give his condolences to the city of Metropolis after the Man of Steel's Death.
Elias Koteas (Height: 5' 10½", Age: 37 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Prophecy, Gattaca): Who doesn't remember him as Casey Jones? He gave a fun and memorable performance. He has great history of playing memorable characters, and while this role would be brief it would be a fun *hint*hint*nudge*nudge* to the fans that this is infact a Movie-verse with a Justice League.
Govenor Caitlin Bree (Height: 5'7", Age: 30's-40's): Metropolis' Honorable Govenor urging Congress against the "Anti-Superman" Act, more liberally known as the "Warthem Act"
Rene Russo (Height: 5' 8", Age: 44 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Lethal Weapon 3, Ransom, Lethal Weapon 4): A wonderful woman, nowadays co-starring as Frigga Mother of Thor, back then she was a bombshell hearthrob of many many men. Also a talented actress who would fit well in this guest role as a mother, and the Governor of Metropolis
Floyd Lawton a.k.a. Deadshot (Height: 6' 1", Age: 30's): The Famed assassin, hired by Luhtor to kidnapp Govenor Bree's son to gain leverage in Passing the "Anti-Superman Act" more liberally known as the "Warthem Act"
Karl Urban (Height: 6' 1", Age: 26 {As of 1998} Notable Works: Chunuk Bair, Hercules, Heaven): A wonderful actor having made a strong start in the early 90's giving him a role like this would have opened him early to a strong and established role open for sequels, while also having this cameo role paying his bills for a while
