Her name is Princess Koriand'r from the Planet, Tamaran, and she's well-known to DC fans as Starfire.

Originally known as a member of the Teen Titans, Starfire was retro-fitted into "The Outlaws" team with Red Hood and Arsenal. She appears regularly in the Red Hood and The Outlaws title every month.

This month, however, Princess Koriand'r had a little crossover to her adventures.

Right: Starfire appears out of nowhere and warns Superman to stay out of her way. Is this a showdown? Excerpt from Superman #28 (2014).

There's a drug war on the streets in Metropolis and Superman intends to get to the bottom of it. At least, that's what he thinks. While interrogating one of the thugs trafficking the material, he uses his X-Ray vision and finds something totally, alien.

Not exactly an Earth-kind of drug problem.

Suddenly Starfire, lounging in the South Pacific, gets alerted to this potential threat and flies directly to the location of the contraband. Is this really drugs or is it something more sinister? She swears that it could be the end of the world if something isn't done soon.

...and she's willing to go through Superman if he won't comply. (By the way, is that Tarmanian battle gear? What's the point?)
