Batman/Bruce Wayne - Jake Gylenhaal (Prince Of Persia, Day After Tomorrow)
I'm still hesitant about this choice, but he WAS the closest competition to Christian Bale when they were casting for Batman Begins. So if Nolan was that close to casting Gylenhaal into the role, I'd like to see him try it!
Vicki Vale - Naomi Watts (King Kong, Assassination Of Richard Nixon)
If they're sticking to the blonde haired version shown in 1989 Batman, then Watts would kill the role.
The Joker - Crispin Glover (Charlie's Angels, Epic Movie)
He seems to be the fan favorite for the role, and after seeing fanmade pictures of him donning the iconic makeup, I'd say he should go for it. But Heath Ledger's spin will forever be cherished.
The Riddler - Johnny Depp (Sweeney Todd, Pirates Of The Caribbean series)
Duh.
The Penguin - Philip Seymour Hoffman (Charlie Wilson's War, Mission Impossible 3)
He was rumored for the role for Batman 3, and while I have little knowledge of his experience, he looks like he could breathe life into the character. Danny Devito is hard to replace, though.
Alfred Pennysworth - Sean Connery (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, original James Bond series)
Because. He's Sean Connery, for crying out loud.
Two-Face/Harvey Dent - Josh Brolin (, W.)
He may seem a little too old for the role, but if anyone can replace Aaron Eckhart's version, it'd be Brolin.
Selina Kyle/Catwoman - Jennifer Connelly (Hulk, The Day The Earth Stood Still)
Anne Hathaway was my original pick for this role, but seeing she's already Selina for Batman 3, I had to pick someone else. When I recently saw TDTESS, I couldn't help but see Selina Kyle in Connelly. Either her or Carla Gugino would do fine.
Bane - Gerard Butler (300, The Bounty Hunter)
Kind of an odd choice, but Butler seems muscular enough, and in the little bit of 300 I saw, I see he has real acting chops. He'd likely do fine as the Bat-Breaker.
Commissioner James Gordon - William Macy (Jurassic Park 3, Wild Hogs)
He looks perfect for the role.
Lucius Fox - Billy Dee Williams (Batman 1989, The Empire Strikes Back)
I know he was already in a previous Bat-franchise, but so what? He should still do a fine job.
Killer Croc - Kevin Grevioux (Men In Black 2, Underworld)
I know nothing about Grevioux but he appears to be the fan favorite, so I'll cast him here.
Nightwing/Dick Grayson - Hayden Christensen (Star Wars prequels, Jumper)
I know this will DEFINITELY stir some discussion, but Christensen looks fit enough for the role.
Batgirl/Barbara Gordon - Kirsten Dunst (Marie Antoinette, Spider-Man trilogy)
Mary Jane as Barbara Gordon? Sounds weird at first, and she may seem kind of old for the role, but bear with me here. She's not an bad actress, and if they can make her look younger-ish here, then I'm all for it.
Harley Quinn - Zooey Deschanel (Elf, 500 Days Of Summer)
I saw someone suggest Deschanel as Harley once, and I thought it would be a great choice. I'd rather they not go with the original costume design, though...
Mr. Freeze - Bruce Willis (Die Hard series, RED)
I know a lot of people want Patrick Stewart or Ben Kingsly for the role, but I find more of a Freeze in Willis. He's a good actor, and as long as he doesn't quote Ahhhhhnold's take on the character, let him have it.
Black Mask - Sam Worthington (Avatar, Terminator: Salvation)
Worthington is an up-and-coming actor, and I'm not 100% sure if BM is the best role for him, but I couldn't find anyone else, so I'll go with him for now.
Hush - Jason Statham (Death Race, Transporter series)
This shouldn't be much of a stretch for the gun-wielding action star.
Well, that's my fan cast for a future Batman trilogy after Nolan cleans up with TDKR. As usual, suggestions are more than welcome in the comments. Peace out!
