Son of the Mask, starring Jamie Kennedy and X-Men 2's Alan Cumming, and Jessica Alba (for her role as Sue Storm/The Invisible Girl in Fantastic Four) were named among the worst of Hollywood’s offerings last year.

The Razzies, held each year as a spoof of the Oscars, gave eight nominations to Son of the Mask, the most of any movie named. It's competing for Worst Picture with Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo, Jenny McCarthy's Dirty Love, The Dukes of Hazzard and House of Wax, starring Paris Hilton.

Alba got nominated twice for Worst Actress, once for FF and once for Into the Blue. She's competing against McCarthy, Hilary Duff for "Cheaper by the Dozen 2" and "The Perfect Man," Jennifer Lopez for "Monster-in-Law" and Tara Reid for "Alone in the Dark."

Also, Katie Holmes got a Worst Supporting Actress nom for her role in Batman Begins. Some observers are scratching their heads over why Charlize Theron and Aeon Flux escaped the Razzies' notice.

The "winners" will be named March 4.
