Stay tuned right here to see it as soon as it comes online.

Here's the plot for those unfamiliar with Joe:

"We all know of the Arashikage [ninja clan], and we all know of Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow, but we need to build that story," he explained. "We all know the story of Duke, and the story of the Baroness. ... We know the story of Destro, but do we really? We need to go back and tell the origin story of how you get a Scottish arms dealer, who comes forward in history — how does that happen?"

"And Cobra Commander," he added, referring to the evil terrorist leader who fan sites have reported will be portrayed by "Brick" star Joseph Gordon-Levitt. "In effect, this is all about the rise of Cobra Commander. ... For fans, they're really going to love this, because we take them on a journey. ... We have to go through the first chapter and then build from there."

And I'm glad they're starting from the beginning, showing how Destro becomes the masked arms dealer, and how CC becomes the insane ragheaded terrorist leader

"When Star Trek comes out we will put the GI Joe trailer on this site."

Actually, Superherohype seems to have the French release already on their site!

just saw it....I didn't get the "wholly crap this looks awesome!" feeling. Nothing about it feels GI Joe and the second Marlon Wayans opened his mouth ("what does it accelerate?") you know his casting just sucks. And I dont know how many plots this movie involves but it shows absolutely nothing hinting of Cobra Commander. Sad sad sad!

channing tatum as duke...NO. marlon wayans as ripcord...NO! the baroness with no accent? WTF? no cobra commander? accelerated suits? THE FRENCH ARE UPSET? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Why does hollywood not know how to do anything with the ball besides drop it when it comes to movies like this. SO ANNOYED. Trailer #2 was another complete let down. When all else fails...they do as well.

Scarlett - making the French look upset was easy and inexpensive. Shame they didn't use the saved time and money properly!

It's two bad tastes that taste rotten together! Teen Trek 90210 and Generic International Paramilitary Squad Film #47! They're fighting for truth, justice, and to be in the $5 DVD bin at Wal-Mart in time for Christmas! The only good thing coming out of all this is that they're re-releasing the 1980's Joe cartoons on DVD and they'll be much more affordable than before. Why must Hollywood be on a singular mission to destroy everything that is cool in the world?

Why would we be upset that the French are upset? And, except for their land, what do they have that is worth taking? Certainly not their dignity.
