Thor, Girard worked on designs for the Bifrost, and Jotunheim the
homeworld of the Frost Giants. The 2011 Marvel film was directed by Kenneth Branagh ("Cinderella") and starred Chris Hemsworth ("Rush") as the God of Thunder. For
Iron Man 3, Girard came up with a visual look to the red-hot Extremis effect. The 2013 film was directed by Shane Black ("
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang") and starred Robert Downey Jr. ("Chef").
