Paul Feig's GHOSTBUSTERS Assemble In New Official Photo
Sony Pictures has just debuted a brand new photo from Paul Feig's upcoming Ghostbusters featuring Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, & Kate McKinnon assembled!
After an extended hiatus, the Ghostbusters are finally returning to the big screen next July! The new Paul Feig-directed film stars Kristen Wiig (Zoolander No. 2) as Erin Gilbert, Melissa McCarthy (The Boss) as Abby Yates, Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live) as Jillian Holtzmann, Leslie Jones (Saturday Night Live) as Patty Tolan, and Chris Hemsworth (Thor: Ragnarök) as their assistant Kevin. Sony Pictures has just released an official look photo of the team assembled. Check it out below:
Erin Gilbert (Wiig) and Abby Yates (McCarthy) are a pair of unheralded authors who write a book positing that ghosts are real. A few years later Gilbert lands a prestigious teaching position at Columbia University, but her book resurfaces and she is laughed out of academia. Gilbert reunites with Yates and others when ghosts invade Manhattan and she and her team have to save the world.
