The writer of comedies such as School of Rock, and Nacho Libre is set to direct the highly anticipated Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the film adaptation of the Jane Austen classic retold with the addition of zombies. The book consist of almost 75% of the text from the original book. Names for the cast are being tossed around, including Scarlett Johansson and Bradley Cooper. This is Mike White's second directorial position. His first was Year of the Dog staring Molly Shannon. So it seems that the project is on the move with a comedic writer/director on a film already full of laughs.

What do you guys think of White's previous films? Do you think he's good for the project?
