If so, actor Ben Schwartz is definitely throwing his hat into the ring to play the character. Best known for Parks and Recreation and House of Lies, Schwartz also has an extensive career as a voice actor, with roles in the Duck Tales reboot, Bojack Horseman, and Bob's Burgers.
Not much is known about the overall direction the DCEU is heading but WB could do far worse than the likes of Plastic Man.
