Rumours have persisted that a version of Green Lantern will appear in Justice League, despite the fact that the hero has not been displayed in any promotional materials or footage thus far. Speculation began to mount after footage in the Comic-Con trailer for the movie included Steppenwolf utering the phrase 'no Lanterns.'
Now, it seems a new The Big Bang Theory tie-in promo may have revealed one of the biggest secrets of the fim. As you can see from the image below, a logo for the Green Lantern has appeared with logos for the rest of the team members, The Flash, Batman and Superman. Spinning the wheel also reveals logos for Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Aquaman.
Though this might seem like an odd way to confirm the inclusion of the seventh hero, the campaign is an official Justice League tie in promotion. It is also worth pointing out that the logo included in the campaign is not one we have seen before. It's noticeably darker and fits into the aesthetic of the other logos designed for the cinematic event.
Could this mean one or even two members of the Green Lantern Corps will appear in Justice League when it’s finally released November 17th? Let us know what you think in the usual place.
