ZACK SNYDER'S JUSTICE LEAGUE: Uxas/Darkseid Arrives On Earth In The Awesome New Trailer

Justice League director Zack Snyder has shared the new trailer for his cut of the 2017 movie, and it features some great snippets of never before seen footage, including Uxas/Darkseid's arrival on Earth...

While it's sadly not an entirely different trailer to the one released during DC FanDome, Zack Snyder has shared an updated teaser for Justice League, and it's undeniably awesome.

There are maybe five or six shots we haven't seen before, including a hologram of Superman, Uxas/Darkseid's arrival on Earth, the Amazons preparing for Steppenwolf's attack, and Cyborg watching some kids playing football. It's not necessarily anything groundbreaking, but we think you'll agree that this is a pretty exciting glimpse at what's to come on HBO Max next year.

The interesting thing about this sneak peek is that it's presented in black and white. Recently, Snyder said this would be his preferred way of releasing the "Snyder Cut," but it's hard to imagine Warner Bros. being on board with that format for the movie's debut on the streaming service.

However, it's definitely possible he'll be given the chance to share a black-and-white version somewhere down the line; it all depends how the studio wants to handle this take on Justice League moving forward (for example, whether it remains an HBO Max exclusive or ultimately receives a limited theatrical release).

"new" is being really generous. but come on, 4:3 aspect ratio, in black and white? that is literally film school freshman year stuff.

@Spidey91 - The lighthouse did a similar thing. Except that movie was clearly intended for the aspect ratio it chose and the black and white color.

The aspect ratio was used to help the movie feel claustrophobic and open at the same time. While the black and white was to show both men had grey sides.

This is just being done cause Snyder is an ARTIST!!...
