JUSTICE LEAGUE Gets A Cool New Batch Of Character Posters Ahead Of Next Month's Blu-ray Release
With Zack Snyder's Justice League set to arrive on Blu-ray next month, Warner Bros. has released a cool new batch of character posters, spotlighting each member of the league of six. Come check 'em out!
Zack Snyder's Justice League, which was a critical and commercial disappointment, made its way to Digital HD earlier this week and will arrive on Blu-ray in around four weeks, so to commemorate the occasion, Warner Bros. has released six awesome new character posters.
Each poster features brand new artwork of each member of the League, which consists of Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher).

"The light of hope." - Henry Cavill is Superman.
With Cavill's three-film contract now fulfilled, it's hard not to wonder whether or not we'll ever see him suit up again as the Last Son of Krypton. There have been rumblings about a Man of Steel sequel for years now, but since we have yet to receive anything concrete from the studio, we'll just have to wait and see about his future.
"He's ready to unite." - Ben Affleck is Batman.
Unlike Cavill, Affleck is still technically still under contract to return as the Caped Crusader, but considering how indecisive he's been since the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it's hard to get a proper read on his future. However, if he doesn't continue on, there have been rumors that Jake Gyllenhaal may be waiting in the wings.
"The league needs her." - Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman.
Gadot recently signed a new deal with Warner Bros. to return for the Wonder Woman sequel, so we'll definitely be seeing her again. The sequel is due out in theaters on November 1, 2019 and will also return Patty Jenkins to the director's chair.
"Meet The Flash" - Ezra Miller is Barry Allen, the Fastest Man Alive.
Flashpoint recently enlisted John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein as directors, so this project will likely move forward sooner rather than later. It's unclear how faithful the movie will be, but considering that several members of the Justice League, including Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Ray Fisher, and Jason Momoa have been rumored to play a role, this movie could be the studio's golden ticket to rebooting their seemingly broken cinematic universe.
"The stranger from under the sea." - Jason Momoa is Aquaman.
Aquaman will be the first Justice Leaguer we see again as he captains his own solo venture this December. While the James Wan-directed film will arguably be the biggest release on December 21st, it will have heavy competition from a number of other releases, including Paramount's Bumblebee, 20th Century Fox's Alita: Battle Angel, Columbia Pictures' Holmes and Watson, and Shah Rukh Khan's Zero. Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will also open the week prior.
"Boo-ya!" - Ray Fisher is Cyborg.
Cyborg saw much of his role reduced after Snyder got the boot and now, his future in the DC Films universe is as murky as ever. Outside of his potential solo film, which was reportedly removed from the release calendar, he has been rumored to appear in Flashpoint alongside Ezra Miller.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
