Spider-Man: "No Way Home" had set up many engaging major storylines and plotlines, going forward in the webhead's outing of the MCU. Spider-Man 4 could introduce the fans to an abundance of new elements from the comic books on the big screen; characters, villains, mysteries, new relationships, and so much more!
While a page of the script might have not even been written down yet for the sequel, a rumor suggesting certain aspects of the upcoming film has come to light. There is no confirmation stating whether this is true or not yet whatsoever, but nonetheless, like any other theory, we will just have to give it time to inevitably be proven true or false:
"According to a new report, #SpiderMan4 is expected to begin production this year, with a budget of $200M. Reports also suggest the film will release in 2025." - TheMarvelFocus
Take this with a grain of salt, since no major news accounts regarding this statement have posted anything similar to reinforce this claim; we did, however, assume the same of the prospect of what is being said of the movie.
We knew that any plans for Spider-Man 4 would potentially be set into motion sometime soon this year, amongst our collective predictions that it would release sometime in 2024, preferably the summertime, or least possibly in 2025.
The assumption that Spider-Man 4 should release in 2024 is the most logical, considering that in the year 2025, Marvel Studios will be releasing Avengers: "Kang Dynasty", so in order to maintain refreshing audience reception, they would not want to release both of their biggest movies just months apart from each other.
This "update" did not necessarily prove much, or anything new for that matter (unless you care about the movie's budget), but it had people like me start wondering about when we can expect our first real piece of news about Spider-Man 4.
