One Supervillian Thinks Friday The 13th As A Great Day To Dwell On The Dark Knight

When someone says Friday the 13th, what comes to your mind? I'm sure you are not thinking what we're thinking. There is a supervillian out there that would find Friday the 13th the perfect day to foil Batman's plans and he would cringe at the sight of our brand new Dark Knight Returns stuff.

To many, Friday the 13th is a day of bad luck or misfortune. To the horror flick genre, today's date immediately conjures up visions of summer camps and a large creepy fellow in a hockey mask wielding a bloody knife or ax.

I posed a question to the SuperHeroStuff staff asking them what mental vision today's date brings up for them. Some said Jason Voorhees, while others being a comic book fanatic, said today is just a date that is surrounded by superstitions. OK, but what makes this date special? We all sat back and immediately looked at our Gregorian calendar and then the proverbial light-bulb lit above our heads...If Julian Gregory Day were here he would not only tell us why this is a day to remember; he would also tell us why Friday the 13th is the perfect day to screw with Batman and his plans.

What are the Dark Knight’s plans? Duh...He is Rising in 7, Gregorian days. So, he has tons of new SuperHero stuff to sell before his premier. In fact he has so much stuff that he is willing to sell it all at a discount, AND give you a free TDKR button with everyone of your purchases.

What are Calendar Man's plans? Yes, Calendar man. You do know who Calendar Man is, right? If you read Batman comics and play Batman: Arkham Asylum and/or Batman: Arkham City then you already know. Still not ringing any bells? Wiki, my friend...I've got merchandise to show you.

Without further ado, check out a sampling of the newest TDKR Stuff we have to offer and don’t miss your chance to get it on sale.
