Toy Fair '14: First Look At LEGO Set "X-MEN VS. The Sentinel"

Toy Fair '14: First Look At LEGO Set "X-MEN VS. The Sentinel"

Hit the Jump to get your somewhat low-res first look at LEGO's upcoming set, in which Storm, Cyclops, and Wolverine (in all-new costumes!) face off against Magneto, as well as a Sentinel. Fly the Blackbird Jet (which is actually Blue) into battle to defeat the villains and Save the Day!

So, are you excited for the latest set's from LEGO to roll out into stores? Personally, I think that while the Sentinel looks dumb, it looks better than both Sentinels from Fox's Days of Future Past. And it's bad when LEGO can pull off Wolverine's full costume before the film franchise can. As always, leave your thoughts and more in the comments below!

Not sure why Mags has a purple outfit, but everything else looks cool and I noticed Wolvie's brown and yellow costume.

Okay...like it really matters lol
And second my nephew still creates whatever he wants with the Lego Sets and lego sets for the longest time have had a certain product you produce from the set of Legos. So you probably had an issue with creativity from them for the longest then.

Retro Cyclops! Cool. Lol Logan's claws are funny the minifigire holds them in his hands. There was also a cool set like 2 yrs ago with Deadpool and Logan.

@ Monkeyballs

If you open one of these Lego sets up and are only limited to make what is on the box (which comes with instructions, by the way), then you are the one lacking imagination.

If you bought this set, you could still make just about anything you want.

I think life would be better if Kiefer Sutherland narrated the hour for us all.

Doopie- Hahahaha, I know. My montage would be full of my girlfriend saying: "that is the FIFTH f*cking time you've watched that movie THIS WEEK. Jesus Christ, you complain about the 'shit' I watch".

Oh, by the way, I forgot to say it, but I saw the "vacation" drawing you did. Hahaha, nicely done, mate.

A montage will help fill in a lot of the blanks for drunken weekends, too.

Franchising has nothing to do with limiting creativity when it comes to Legos, not unless you let it. People regardless will create new creations from those sets if they choose to. Saying that it limits creativity is completely wrong because it doesn't enforce it it just proposes wht those pieces in the set can create. In fact it adds to creativity because it adds more pieces to the "puzzle" to create even more incredible creations.

And miniscule grammar issues such as an apostrophe is the least of my concerns in a comment section on a comic book movie website :).
