Many a time some coward has chosen to delete my post only to have the same column appear shortly under a rewritten scoop. This is unfortunate for people who try to be a small part of this site. I do not know how the editors are chosen but they sure seem to me to be cowards to delete someone's items that they spend time on and not be decent enough to let them know why it's deleted. So with that said: I hope to sporadically continue to entertain with some of my silly pictures in the comment sections. Good Luck to the Multi's,Marvel Freshmans,Rorshach's and the rest of you who seem to be running this site. Thanks for your time and...go ahead delete this one too...

RedSkullGeezer,
I notified you myself that your most recent article was one of several duplicates that I had to delete. It may be that you're not using the same email that you signed up with? Or maybe that you have a junk filter that is overly active?
While it is unfortunate to have to delete user submissions, we cannot allow the site to become overrun with multiple postings of the same story, OR "less than professional" submissions. But we have gone to great lengths to tell people what we're looking for, and the best way to keep from being deleted. See our style guide here:
http://www.comicbookmovie.com/about-us/style-guide/
Instead of looking at the successful posters as competitors in a "popularity contest," I suggest that you look at what they are doing and emulate them. Our over arching rule about submissions is that the good ones get the exposure.
One thing that everyone needs to realize about our little website is that it is a completely new thing on the web. We aren't a messageboard, but we're allowing the users to contribute with as much freedom AS a messageboard. But make no mistake, we are the site owners and we will decide what is good enough to remain. If you aren't up to the challenge of producing great content then go back to the messageboards where nobody will edit you.
