Back in March,
Latino Review made some noise when they reported
Bradley Cooper was being considered by Disney to takeover the
Indiana Jones franchise if a fifth Indiana Jones with
Harrison Ford was not started in the near future. That's based on the fact that Harrison Ford is now at the tender age of 71. It's a bit harder to crack that whip and bend over to pick up that dusty fedora. Less than a week later Frank Darabont and Frank Marshall called those rumors untrue, and now we have a new one for them to debunk. Ready? And. Here. We. Go!
One Los Angeles insider said: “Disney is looking at its long-term options for the Indiana Jones franchise.
“They feel that the series has huge potential on many levels, starting with the films leading to other spin-offs like games which can generate more money than movies.
“Rob is top of the initial list because he has showed his acting stripes away from Twilight.
“But the competition will be stiff.” - Daily Star
