Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith was by no means perfect, but it was arguably the best of the prequels, and certainly a more effective finale to a trilogy that 2019's The Rise of Skywalker!
There were some surprisingly dark moments in the movie, though, with Anakin Skywalker's transformation into Darth Vader resulting in the newly crowned Sith Lord murdering the younglings in the Jedi Temple (a fate we know The Mandalorian's Grogu somehow managed to escape).
Recently, actor Ross Beadman - who played the young force-wielder you can see in the GIF below - took to Reddit for an AMA. Asked by one fan about what led to him stepping back the way his character did when Anakin ignites his lightsaber, Beadman responded: "From what I remember Hayden shouted 'boo!' and that startled me to add to my fear in the scene."
That's a cool piece of behind-the-scenes trivia, and while this was undoubtedly one of the Star Wars franchise's darker moments, it went a long way towards showing just how far Anakin had fallen. In hindsight, it might have made more sense for Emperor Palpatine to turn these kids into Sith Inquisitors, but that wasn't an idea that had been introduced at this time in the franchise's history.
