God Linda Hamilton is a horrible actress...just sayin...

@bthumudo -

She seems fine to me. As good as everyone else in this film. She's playing the character like she did in T2.

@Humperdink - yeah horrible....I mean there is more emotion and range from the cast of Sharknado than there seems to be in this movie. Will I see it, yeah most likely, but it sucks when it seems like she's not even trying.

I got tickets .. we’ll see.. I have low expectations.. I like that Linda Hamilton is back.. and Arnold.. but I’m not sure how I feel about the lack of John Connor and or the inclusion of Edward Furlong .. I get that it can necessarily be Christian Bale.. but to just write off John Connor and pass the torche to some random unconnected person is ridiculous.. anyway.. we’ll see

People will see this even if out of curiosity!

@Forthas - when it hits netflix, sure. Not in theaters - a large group of people who loved the terminator movies are 30+ and have kids/jobs that get in the way. I would almost guarantee this flops as it looks like a t3 rehash

@Gizmoduck - What constitutes a flop to you! It has a $160 million budget. So you think it will make less than $300 million worldwide? Only the original Terminator has earned less than $300 million.

@Forthas - Not really imo. I think China will save it, and it'll barely turn a profit, but it'll do mediocre in the U.S.
I don't see a lot of excitment out there for another Terminator at this point.

@Feralwookiee - If it makes...some money...and it is a critical success, then that is something they can build on.

This looks and feels likes a flop. I also sat through the IMAX extended preview and pretty much saw every set piece in the movie. Also everyone is talking like Tim Miller. "[frick] [frick] [frick] [frick] [frick], badass shit mother [frick]er!"

It somehow, like Genisys, just feels boring.

Looks bad. The new terminator is nothing new or exciting, has got its butthanded to it in every promo by Arnie, Sarah and new terminator is it isn’t a threat, and as these movies seem to suggest Judgement is fate then humanity winning is fate so thus there are no stakes in the movie.

The franchise ended with T2. Let it die.

Why did they cast Macs Mom from Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia as Sarah Connor?

Looks watchable, doubt I'll catch in theaters though.

OT: I got my tickets for Maleficent 2 on Saturday, turns out ALL of my female friends LOVED the 1st one (I hated it), so I'm getting dragged to it as they're crazy about this one. I'm expecting the worst, so maybe it will surprise me.

The title for this movie is fitting because it's going to bomb. Terminator needs a new creative infusion. Stop trying to make Terminator 2 for the 5th time. At least Salvation had the right idea. We want to know what happens next. The world of the Terminator is interesting, the concept of the time traveling terminator is over done. Lets move forward to the war between Skynet and the resistance; how does this war conclude? That's more interesting.

I'm a bit confused. Does Arnold play T-800 or a human (Carl) - the inspiration for the living tissue? Or both, at the same time? Because action scenes indicate he's a Terminator. But then again...I'll just have to wait and see. Good job, trailers.
