The only two that show up after Rebels is Chopper and Hera. That’s all I’m going to say.

@KindredMac - I have a feeling Ezra and Sabine are safe. The fact mandalorians are with the rebllion here, yet don't appear in the films (or canon) of the OT, ealisy means Sabine can go off withe Mandalorians allow her to exit the show.
Ezra will survive because he is essentially the main character (see later).

Kanan and Zeb are the logical candidates to go. Kanan is clearly in love with Hera and would likely never leave her. If she stay with the rebellion (which we knew is to atleast the battle fo endor), Kanan is likely dead.
Plus, Kanans death is a great way to naturally have Ezra give up and leave the rebellion.
Zeb dying: basically he has no benefit to staying alive or dying. He could live on, but I think his death makes sense to add tragedy to the final season.

@StormXmen123 - Yes, Zeb dying is the most logical thing. His arc was already concluded with the Lasat liberation. Kallus basically killed him paying his debt, cutting unended stuff with other characters.

Kanan probably will die, Ezra is going to be traumatized by this, and will leave the rebellion, going off the radar just like Kanan (and Obi-Wan/Yoda).

He will probably be the Ahsoka of the new animated show, that will be probably set between Episodes VI-VII. Big comeback, with a chance of pulling back Sabine and even maybe Hera/Chopper as guest stars.

Speaking of Ahsoka... they're hiding her very well!

StormXmen123 - 10/5/2017, 7:25 AM
@FrankieDedo - they basically stated she will be returnign this season.
Concerning Ahsokas survival.
I'm under the impression that she will become the new Bendu Entity (assuming it's an inherited role).
Filoni, revealed on Twitter that they have a conversation before she leave for Malcore in the season 2 finally. So she is aware of him. Additionally, we have see the owls (forgot their names) are heavily associated with the Bendu; and we see one on Malachor.
My impression is the Bendu is training Ahsoka on Malachor (via the owl) to find balance.
The benefit to this is (a) it removes Ahsoka from the OT while keeping her alive.
(B) it a great way to bring Ahsoka (in some form) into the new sequel triology. Luke is seeking to find balance (something the Bendu has mastered). So that way Ahsoka can be in the films. Causal fans won't get confused because to the, she is just The Bendu while the larger fans will know her history (anakin aprrentice etc).

Or

She simply just survived and is traditional Ahsoka. Which I don't mind.

Kanan and Sabine will die outright. Zebb will die saving Ezra's life. Hera and Chopper as we know fight on with the rebellion. Ezra fades away into the outer rim of the galaxy giving up the life of a force user/jedi. Or at least living in secret that he is a force user. Then is ultimately brought back into the war against the now first order after Hera, whom he has kept in secret contact with was killed when star killer base destroyed the new republic leadership planet in force awakens. Played by Bencio Del Toro, Ezra will dust off his skills and mixed with the pirate/smuggler skills he learned in the past 30 years, will aide Luke, Rey and Chewie in their mission to find and defeat Kylo Ren and Snoke.

@TheBeard - I don't think anyone will die. A Disney XD show doesn't have the guts to kill any character.
StormXmen123
StormXmen123 - 10/4/2017, 5:01 PM
@Nightwing1015 - My only issue with Rebels is that they never show anyone getting killed by a lightsaber, as in we never see the wound, it always cuts away to a reaction shot. Sometimes there is an art in it (Mauls death or the 7th sisters death, which I believe the shots pay homage to a samurai film).
However, there have been many deaths in rebels. All the Inqusitors, Maul have been killed off. Plus, many secondary/tertiary good guys have been killed (some blown up). So it not out thought that with the series coming to a close they would be willing to kill off some of the main characters.

@TheBeard - While, I don't fully agree with the story, I certainly agree that Del Toros character is likely going to be Ezra.
A) they are refusing to reveal his true name. So he either is an existing character or his name reveals he is related to someone.
B) if you some in on picture of him. He has the two scars Ezra recited form the Grand Inquisitor on his cheek.
C) Ezra was essentially the first main hero introduced into canon when Disney took over.Theyve spent 4 seasons bulking his story. It makes sense that he would be the first orginal character to jump from animation to film.

Nightwing1015
Nightwing1015 - 10/5/2017, 3:27 AM
@ FrankieDedo @Darkknight2149 - They've never killed off a main character before to my knowledge and they certainly can't do it in the same graphic way as Clone Wars could. That's understandable though. Disney XD is a more kid friendly channel than CN.
Darkknight2149
Darkknight2149 - 10/5/2017, 1:46 PM
@Nightwing1015 @FrankieDedo -
They've also never been on their final season before, so of course they aren't going to be killing the main characters left and right.

But you're right that it can't be as graphic as The Clone Wars (though the issue hear isn't that Rebels is a children's show as much as it is that Clone Wars was intended to be the official continuation of the movies and was geared more towards adults/teenagers). Really, people need to stop comparing this to The Clone Wars, because this is not the same show and we're not getting another animated series like it again.

But as for Rebels not having the balls to kill off major characters or "good guys", that's just preposterous. They do it all the time, just not with the "main" cast. And believe me, someone is going to bite the bullet this season.
