VIDEO GAMES: Breathtaking Concept Art From LucasArts' Scrapped STAR WARS 1313

As a result of Disney buying Lucasfilm (and a rumoured number of technical issues), Star Wars 1313 was scrapped. It was set to feature a young Boba Fett exploring the depths of the Coruscant underworld, and you can check out various pieces of concept art after the jump!

Before being bought by Disney, LucasArts were working on Star Wars 1313, a video game which would have been a third person action adventure starring Boba Fett as he explored the depths of the Coruscant underworld. There was at one point even talk of it being a launch game for the next generation of consoles (Playstation 4, XBox One, etc.), but like animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars 1313 was ultimately yet another casualty of George Lucas' decision to sell Lucasfilm to the House of Mouse. Below is some concept art from the game giving us an idea of what exactly we've missed out on! Are you guys disappointed that this game was never released?

As 'dropping the ball' go, this one is one of the worst for Disney.

The moment I heard about this game and saw the trailer I was going nuts, then came word that Disney bought Lucasfilm and suddenly all current projects were stalled and/or killed by Disney.

"I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and then were silenced. I fear something terrible has happened."

Josh, you should add the video of the game-play.

These are Blade Runner rip offs. Amazing how much better Blade Runner's cities looked than any CGI crap we've seen from Lucas, Abrams or anyone else.

This desire for the game didn't just happen, people have been wanting it before they first announced it was in limbo. The reaction to the trailer at E3 was phenomenal and all positive.

Besides...why can't you have/want both games?
There's nothing that states they both can't be made.
I certainly don't think it's an either or situation.
That would be short-sighted.

@Humperdink I would love to have both games. But what I'm saying is, it's funny that the reaction of those from the Youtube sections/forums was Lucas screwing the fans over for not giving them Battlefront 3, and NOW fans feel that Disney has screwed them over for not giving them 1313.

I'm still waiting to hear what Visceral's Star Wars game is going to be. It would not shock me at all if they were continuing this project.

This game better get made! If this is never made then this is the biggest FAIL by any gaming company ever!

I have heard rumors that Visceral have gotten there hands on it so hopefully this games sees the light of day. They are known for making the Dead Space games.

The Mouse f*cked-up. 1313 would of been a welcome fresh breath of air and change for StarWars games. I was certainly interested. How they can cancel when it is so far into production is beyond my understanding.
