I've seen the trailer, looks pretty bad. Never read the book, I understand the premise, this movie will most certainly bomb.

is 'underwhelmed' an appropriate answer??? itsl ike they updated the cheesey Batman series from the 60's w/ CGI. I was expecting more. god damn internet hype machine... I blame ourselves. letdown.

This movie is going to be a cult classic like the Jay and Silent Bob movies and Kill Bill.

Can't really understand the hate for Michael Cera. I can't think of another young actor with as good comic timing and improv as he had in Arrested Development. He often stole scenes or whole episodes in that show, which i think is the best American comedy ever.
