Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is heading into its second weekend in theaters, and after a record-breaking opening, it's going to be very interesting to see how it performs. During this pandemic era, a lot of big movies suffered significant drops during their second weekend, and it remains to be seen whether the Marvel Cinematic Universe proves to be immune.

In the meantime, Marvel Studios has shared a new clip from the movie featuring Shang-Chi and Katy's meeting with Trevor Slattery, the actor who posed as "The Mandarin" way back in Iron Man 3

We don't think that's really a spoiler at this point, especially as Sir Ben Kingsley attended the premiere. However, if you did manage to go in without prior knowledge of his involvement beforehand, it was definitely a fun surprise.

Shang-Chi concept artist Andy Park has also shared some new content from the movie, highlighting the final battle. As you can see, The Great Protector is battling the Dweller-In-Darkness while the hero manages to master the Ten Rings for this epic clash with his father, Wenwu.

Check out this new concept art and clip from Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings below:

After this movie, man there is no excuse. Netflix Avatar better have some cool bending battles, not

Need fast paced and exciting fights. No dance routines followed by slow moving puffs of fire and air, or small bits of water and earth

Finally managed to see Shang-Chi. Had to avoid this site for the last week :D

Still got spoiled on the Kingsley appearance, but Trevor's always fun so it was fine.
Wish we'd got some questions about Liverpool's last season. ;D

Really enjoyed the film maybe the best origin story since BP, though it does share the same weakness of unnecessary over-the-top CGI 3rd finales - which kind of dilutes the family drama imo. Though I suppose Studios have to give the general audiences a reason to go to the cinema & not watch at home, as well as the key audience of young boys & their toys.

I've been feeling superhero films tend to be a younger mans game. With the death of Michael K. Williams (R.I.P) been thinking about the TV show 'The Wire.' The devils in the details & this film just didn't or perhaps couldn't go in to the consequences & effects of warlord Wenwu (though I suppose his wife's death is that exact thing, just didn't narratively play out for me personally).

Still a great film - Can't go wrong with Martial Arts. Great performances, good music & a good time to be had.

Hope they keep up Shang’s fight choreography for the ensemble movies

@MeAreLegend - Fortunately Marvel brings in stunt coordinators and directors from prior films on the sets on the ensemble films for input and assistance during the writing and filming process. James Gunn, Taika Waititi, and Jon Favreau were all present and put as producers for Infinity War and Endgame.

If only the finale looked as good as this concept art. They really need to increase the sharpening, black levels, and saturation in these movies. So much detail gets lost in this haze in these Marvel finales that none of this amazing detail gets noticed.
