Possible Pictures Of New York Streets Construction For Spider-Man!

Our friends over at On Location Vacations have gotten their hands on what an insider claims are plans and pictures of the New York streets being built for the untitles Spider-Man reboot...

Here are some excerpts from the report over at On Location Vacations, as well as the plans and photos of the set that is currently being constucted. It looks like they're putting together a lot of streets, so it's likely that they'll be used for a variety of scenes. Stay tuned for updates and hopefully more set pictures (including the cast) in the coming weeks and months!

Tonight we received an anonymous tip that there has been major reconstruction work going on since last month on the "New York Street" of one of L.A.’s biggest studios (presumably Sony Studios).

Our tipster also mentioned that the new facades were for the Untitled Spider-Man Reboot which just started shooting in Los Angeles last week.

Though we haven’t been able to confirm that the new set is definitely for the upcoming Spider-Man flick, the timing does make sense considering construction began in November and that most of the Spidey shoot is scheduled to take place in studio.

For more pictures of the set, follow the link below. Thanks again to Christina from On Location Vacations for sending over these shots.

Can you guys see them now? I've changed the format of the pictures, so there shouldnt be a problem I hope. :)

They all look good to me though. To be honest, I'm mainly excited because this shows that work on the movie is progressing well...which means actual set pictures of the actors (and hopefully Spider-Man!) surely cant be all that far away!

Also, has anyone seen Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus? Andrew Garfield is in that and I must say he's a pretty decent actor. This reboot just might work.

For some reason, I just can't watch the first 3 Spiderman films now. Maybe it's because of Spiderman 3...who knows.

Great stuff Josh! I don't why, but I'm quite fascinated with set construction. *reminiscing about Captain America in Manchester*))
