The first tie-in book will be a prequel novel titled
"Spider-Man: Hostile Takeover". It will focus on Kingpin's plans to take over New York City & feature characters such as The Shocker, Mary Jane Watson, & J. Jonah Jameson, all while establishing relationships & details that will carry on directly into the start of the game.
Written by David Liss (Black Panther: The Man Without Fear) with Titan books publishing, Hostile Takeover releases August 21st.
Lastly, the art book titled "Marvel's Spider-Man: The Art of the Game", is also being published by Titan books & being written by Paul Davies. The release date for this book will be September 11th, four days after the release of the video-game.
